Had a great experience here!! We were a last minute booking (2 days) The team here was super accommodating, friendly and super easy to deal with. Had no issues we me extending jump time (for a fee) When booking a party space they provided the drinks apart plates and forks .. tables and table cloth. We ordered our pizza from their partner (pizza hut) and it came really fast !! We were allowed to bring in our own drinks, food and decorations and they offered a fridge to store items until party time :) The staff at this location are amazing !! And a HUGE shout out to the assistant manager -Tyler who made this experience so easy!! Give that man a raise !!
This place is great for birthday parties. It is so easy to manage the kids if you label their shirts as to which birthday party they belong to. The individual party room helps because the kids come back to the room to have quiet while they eat their food It gives them the opportunity to visit with one another. They have a blast using the facility and time goes by fast. My grandson's birthday party was a great success!😊
Went in on a wed the kids had a great time. It was a deal day 3hr for the price of 1 and it was under 20 dollars. We had to buy socks i was thinking they would cost too much but under 5 dollars. They have a party area, trampolines, little kid area and a couple claw games. Great afternoon out with kids. Staff super friendly.
