This place is truly a gem in Edmonton. Not being from here, this city is really lucky to have an amazing place to go during the winter time. We came march of 2026, getting in is pretty easy, although to my understanding you can only buy tickets online. Which is kinda a bummer, but for a giant waterpark like this, it’s actually not that bad of a price. 45-60$ to get in per person on some occasions. My only complaint is that the picnic tables are as I’m writing this 25$ per person to rent. FOR A PICNIC TABLE.
What an experience! The kids love this place, come here every year for the past 3 years. Not much baby changing stations and you wanna beat the rush at close as you will be waiting for a private place to change. The changing stalls do not fit a stroller in it, so my partner and I had to change our baby standing. Other than that it's awesome.
It was a beautiful 3rd birthday for my grandbaby last 5/17/26 the wavepool was so fun and had a great time with the whole family. Staff are nice and they try to maintain cleanliness 👍 and very watchful lifeguards and attentive!
The waterpark is truly so fun. But it is too expensive. If you have the extra money to enjoy it like we were able to it makes for a great few hours. But it's genuinely still too expensive. Admission and food. And I understand businesses needing to make money and sometimes people misunderstand a higher cost as being too expensive when it's actually needed to run something. But I really feel like everything here is genuinely too expensive all things considered. We did also rent a Cabana and I would do that again everytime if taking kids. They have private storage that is quite large to put your things. There's also a separate Cabana entrance so you don't have to go through the main pool entrance if you pre-buy. And then there's also a bathroom close by that's got a code for only people who have rented the Cabana. So for us it was really great. Because the kids were able to go change and all of our stuff was close by and not in the locker room. And then we had a place to chill and have food and hang out when we wanted to take breaks. The Cabana is surprisingly, we're not astronomically priced. But in conjunction with the amount of costs you're already putting out to be there and have food, it ends up being far too much still.
The Waterpark is a money grab. It cost my daughter and I around $150 to get entry into the wterpark. Then $15 for a small locker that barely contained her and my bag. You are not allowed re-entry into the park when you leave and I think this is so people have to eat their cold burgers and hot dogs at over inflated prices, ($12 for 5 chicken wings). When we tried to find some place to sit so we could eat our expensive meal, they had barely any chairs. When I asked about getting more chairs the supervisor left saying she was going to look into it and no extra chairs ever appeared. Thankfully their were decent people there that shared some chairs from their table. I am still trying to understand why EVERYONE seems to use the family changeroom. I saw groups of teenagers walk in. A group of three guys. Family changeroom is for people with children, and the waterpark staff doesn't seem to want to supervise this so everyone feels comfortable changing in that room. Unless you want to just blow some money, I would suggest people start boycotting the Waterpark, until the owners can bring it up to a more professional level and the prices down. I won't be going back.
