We had such a wonderful experience here! The food was fantastic! My older son said it was the best burger he's ever had. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. Our server and the manager both went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. When they noticed how excited my younger son was about the tiny ice cream spoons, they surprised him with a few to take home. It was such a thoughtful gesture that absolutely made his day. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Edmonton!
Seriously had the most fun. Stole table top menus off the other tables and balloons when a party left. It's actually my birthday celebration and the manager came up to us and was so kind. She helped me build my menu tower. When i have birthdays from now on I'm coming here they really know how to make people feel at home❤️thanks Danielle and Liam.
Fun place to spend some time, great time for both kids & adults. I will say it's disappointing how many games are out of order or just dont work some days. Staff are good at giving credits back when scanning a game that doesn't work. They can see what games were scanned. The ticket redemption is a bit crazy but most places are this way. Food is good, precautions are taken for gluten free accomodations. $10 game credit given when taken a survey expires within 30days which could be longer IMO.
We went twice. Kids had fun. There were a lot of machines that were not working at times. A bit pricey, but what isn't these days.
What an amazing team! We came in yesterday needing a table for 15, I never even thought to book a reservation and they were completely booked up, they did not think they would be able to get us in. I got a message saying they have a table at 330pm for 15 people for us. We showed up, table was ready. The server was amazing!!! She was so kind I wish I got her name, but she was fabulous!!! The food came out really quick even though it was packed in there and no mistakes at all !!! They really helped us out with feeding 15 people including a bunch of hungry kids who spent the day at galaxy land for my sons birthday! Thank you to the manager (not sure his name) the host (not sure her name) & the server!! You guys were all so amazing, I appreciate you all so much! Great food, great service & awesome games!!!!
