Been going here with my husband for a few years now. Staff are super welcoming and accommodating! Amazing selection of board games, always something new whenever we go. Food is great, too. I personally love their pulled pork nachos. Will always be going back to this place 🫶
Nice staff and a great selection of board games. The food and drink options leave a little to be desired but overall good for a snack or a drink. I will say they aren't a restaurant so i can't hold it against them.
I give this 1 star not because of my experience directly related to the establishment. I give 1 star because of a poor dealing with the owner Brian Flowers. I found a fairly expensive board game at his store and was helped by Brian. He was pleasant and great to deal with at that time. I told him about some accessories I was looking to add to my own gaming experience. Brian informed of game a top for my specific game and then advised to shoot him an email and he can order it. I proceeded to email the next day and a few days went by with no answer. I called the store to ask about him receiving the email. The person on the phone rudely replied that he did and was very busy. I let a few weeks go by and proceeded to try an email again. No response. Completely ghosted. I am not mad if they didnt have the mat or even if the sale wasn’t worth his time. I am rather annoyed that he told me what he could do and didn’t keep his word. I am upset because I haven’t heard anything, or even a simple response acknowledging. Why give me your business card and tell me to email you if your intention is to ghost your customer? I also didn’t appreciate the rude response when I called the store. I have nothing bad to say about the game I bought or even his store but being ignored like that is poor. Do better and be a man of your word.
I always have a fantastic experience at Table Top. I first visited a few months ago, and since then have been going regularly every few weeks. It is always clean and the games are well-maintained. The space also feels really inclusive, from gender neutral restrooms to the extremely kind and accommodating staff. They feel like a board game space first and cafe second, but the food and drinks are tasty and comforting—big fan of the nachos! Prices are also so reasonable so it's easy to spend a day here. I do sometimes find it a bit cold in the space, so I like to bring a big scarf/small blanket. Reservations aren't necessary, but I would recommend calling them if you want to ensure a spot as they can fill up quickly! Big thanks to the staff, we love spending time there 🤗
Staff are very friendly, lots of board games to play with your friends. It does fill up and get a little loud tho but it’s not too bad! Also $3.50 for a soda with unlimited refills is awesome
