Been buying from here for a while now, great place for purchasing minis if you're in the Alberta/Midwest Canada region. Good prices, and very fast delivery times. Also great customer service. Had a piece missing on my mini and the owners/workers found and mailed me the missing piece free of charge. 5/5; will always shop here for all my miniature and painting needs!

Been buying from Tapsgame for a while now and honestly the service has always been phenomenal. Not only are they professional and transparent, but you can truly tell they care about the community and the people they deal with. Every experience has been smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable. In a hobby where trust means everything, it’s rare to find good people who consistently go above and beyond. Huge respect and appreciation to the team at Tapsgame for always taking care of collectors and creating such a positive experience. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I had traveled to Edmonton from Saskatoon for her work and I had heard about taps from a random guy and he had said “they have tons of 3d party stuff from paints to baron of dice “ and he said many other great things about taps so as anyone would I decided to check it out and oh. My. GOD this place was a dream come true the layout of the main area was beautiful the selection of Games Workshop items was amazing and so well organized and all of the things I have been searching for were all there and the staff don’t even get me started they were extremely nice and friendly my wife and I felt so welcome and at home even though this was our first time being here. Another thing is the gaming space was amazing I wish I would have brought my minis for a game because wow it was so so cool and spacious! If you and your friends are looking for a new FLGS I highly recommend you go to taps you won’t be disappointed when I come back to Edmonton I’ll definitely be coming back !

Absolutely incredible customer service! I had bits missing in a Warhammer box that I had ordered online and when emailed they promptly sent be the bits I need and more plus free dice with a bag for the inconvenience. 10/10 👍

They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time and created such a fun, positive atmosphere.
