Pe Metawe Games

I had an exceptional experience here tonight. David was an amazing host and showed us an unforgettable act of kindness when he didn’t have to. We had an amazing time and it was super fun. I will let everyone I know of this location and I strongly recommend you check this place out if you’re reading this!!

Looking for a night out full of laughter, conversation, and an opportunity to get to know your friends and neighbours better? Do you like learning new board games but would benefit from a guide to help interpret lengthy instructions? Do you love supporting local, Indigenous-owned businesses? ❤️ I had the best Saturday evening hosting friends at Pe Metawe Games! My new favourite games are Monikers (hilarious!), King of Tokyo: Monster Box (competitive strategy), Exploding Kittens (easy and entertaining so you can have a good conversation while playing), and Unnecessary Inventions (get your creative juices flowing!). Host David J Plamondon explained all the games so we could spend more time playing and less time reading rule books. I highly recommend booking Pe Metawe for a night out with friends, corporate team-building afternoon/night, or date night. 100% a community gem. 💎

The team at Pe Metawe Games is amazing! Their store is friendly, inclusive and built around community. Whether it's a one off game night, a longer RPG, or purchasing a game, staff and support peeps like DMs are fun, kind, and super super awesome.

Great public environment. Very welcoming of everybody at any age. Amazing selection of boardgames, table top RPG and table space to play. Great place to check out. Even a greater place to game at.

Always a terrific source of new games and good advice, and I love their community involvement, too!
