I have to give these guys a solid 5 stars... A couple of months ago, I started chatting with Zach and Isaac about upgrading my truck for an overland camping trip this July. They were incredibly patient and took the time to answer every single question I had. After that, I ordered my wheels, 35" tires, and Kickback mud flaps through them. Since I was going with 35s, I needed a lift kit. Thinking I could save some money, I ordered the lift kit from another website, not from Canada Custom Autoworks, and decided to install it myself. Unfortunately, I found out the rear shocks I received were the wrong ones. I was so frustrated that I messaged them and asked if someone could call me. Within about 10 minutes, Isaac gave me a call. Even though I didn't buy the lift kit from them, they took the time to research the kit I had ordered and confirmed that it was the wrong one for my truck. They never had to do that, but they did anyway. They helped me order the correct rear shocks (this time from them just to make sure everything was right), and from now on I'll definitely check with them before ordering any parts to make sure everything is compatible. That level of customer service is hard to find..... When all my parts arrived, they booked me in for the latest appointment that worked with my schedule. The installation took longer than expected because they were short-staffed, but instead of rushing the job or asking me to come back another day, they stayed late and finished my truck that evening. I waited a little longer, but it was absolutely worth it. Zach even apologized a few times for the wait and kept checking in to make sure everything was going well. Honestly, I didn't mind at all I was just excitedly waiting to see the finished truck and having a smoke lol...... They also have a comfortable waiting lounge with brochures showcasing different upgrades and accessories for your vehicle. There are stores and even a golf course just across the road if you want to step out while you wait...... When I finally saw my truck, it honestly exceeded my expectations. It turned out even better than I imagined. I had a quick chat with one of the mechanics before heading home, and everyone I met was friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish....... A huge thank you to Zach, Isaac, the technicians, and the entire team at Canada Custom Autoworks. I truly appreciate all the help, honesty, and outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be coming back for future upgrades and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. One very satisfied customer. 🙌🫡 ......
Went in for a lift kit and met with Issac. He was very knowledgeable and out going he helped me pick the right kit for my truck. We then went on to find rims and tires that would best suit my new lift. Last but not least we picked running boards for the transformation. This all started on a Thursday and by the next Friday I was back in my truck enjoy all the upgrades. I really had an enjoyable experience with all the staff. Great bunch of people and great service. I definitely recommend their services and selection. I will be going back shortly for more upgrades. Hands down great experience.
Zach & Isaac were extremely helpful & exceptionally knowledgeable with every aspect with my jeep. I couldn't be happier. The service quality of work is top notch. I had a great experience from day one. Very friendly with a down to earth perspective and I would Highly recommend them!!
Great selection of wheels and tires and my Jeep turned out great in the end. The actual install on Tuesday was quick and smooth. That said, communication and scheduling could’ve been better. There were delays with quotes/appointments, and when I came in Friday, two wrong wheels had been ordered which delayed the install. I was also told the install cost would be removed for the inconvenience, but it still ended up being charged. I’m also currently getting a “Tire Pressure Unavailable” message. I had let them know I already had TPMS sensors, so they removed them from the quote, but I didn’t realize that meant the sensors wouldn’t be transferred over to the new wheels. Overall, happy with the final look, but the process could’ve been smoother.
I just got a bunch of work done to my truck and everyone there was amazing to work with , trucks looks very sexy and I wanna give a special shout out to Carlo, Issac, and Zach for helping me out with this project they were very helpful and insightful the whole process thank you here's a some before and after pics
