Shakur Roadside Assistance - Tire Repair - Battery Boost Edmonton

I was in a pickle recently and needed a tire change and this place did not disappoint! Someone was ready to be dispatched immediately, and I was charged the same reasonable price I was quoted over the phone. The road side tire replacement was excellent, arrival within 30 minutes. Mahari was professional, fast, efficient and thorough. He had all his tools ready to start working right away and was done within 20 minutes. He explained everything in detail, answered all our questions and went above and beyond. I also liked the payment methods included e-transfer. 10/10 would recommend!

Very good service!! Highly recommended! Very reliable. He showed within 30 mins. He knows immediately what is wrong with my car and finished the job fast. I had trouble with my debit card and access to my bank but he was very kind to just let me pay him later via interac. If i can give 10 stars i will give him that.

Got a flat tire in a parking lot around 9:30 p.m. in unrelemting pouring rain, with my mom (who is a senior) with me. I hadn’t realized AMA no longer provides roadside tire repairs, and I was given a 12-hour wait time through them, so I started looking for other options. I called several towing companies and tire repair services, and this one was by far the most patient, communicative, reasonably priced, and respectful to speak to. We were quoted a 2-hour arrival window, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Despite the heavy rain, he worked carefully and thoroughly, and took the time to explain the process in a way that was easy to understand. He was attentive to detail, answered all of our questions, and was especially kind and respectful toward my mom throughout the entire interaction. The whole ordeal ended up being far easier, faster, and less expensive than the alternative. Very grateful for the professionalism and care shown. AMA did call me the next morning at 10 a.m. to say they were en route. I canceled my membership. The service from Shakur was excellent. Would recommend to any one.

Got home at 8:30pm last night with an error code telling me I had low air - called Mobile Tire Repair, they answered right away and had someone come immediately. My tire was fixed by 10:00pm 1.5 hours by the time I called and had my tire repaired (Rusty nail) - awesome response and service. The tech was very polite and informative. I will refer this company 110%, they really helped me out not having to worry about a flat tire in the morning. Thank-you!

I got a completely flat tire late in the day and was stressed because everyone I called was charging way too much. Shakur showed up quickly, was polite, respectful, and had such a sincere, honest energy about him. He fixed the flat, did an excellent job, and even helped with another tire that had a slow leak. His price was fair and reasonable, which I really appreciated. I ended up paying him more than he asked for because honest, good work deserves to be blessed back.
