I have never experienced such disappointing and unacceptable service from a business, and if zero stars were an option, that is what I would give. I brought my vehicle in yesterday to have all four tires replaced. Before arriving we discussed two specific tire options (Continental and Bridgestone) and agreed on the Continental set. We were very clear that we wanted four matching tires with the same tread pattern and similar tread life. When we picked up the vehicle, we immediately noticed the rear driver-side tire appeared low. We returned to the shop right away and were told it was “fine”, simply needed to be topped up with air and they sent us on our way. Less than 10 hours later, that same tire had dropped from 39 PSI to 11 PSI. First thing this morning I had to drive 30 minutes back to the shop on a tire I did not feel was safe. After inspecting the vehicle, we were informed the tire was unrepairable and then told they planned to replace it with a completely different tire brand. This was not what we wanted so we instead asked for the Bridgestones we had previously discussed. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, staff stated that all four tires had been replaced. We confirmed that the Bridgestones had been installed and were directly told yes. This was not the case... After checking the vehicle ourselves, we found that Falken tires had been installed instead. At no point did anyone contact us to explain that the Bridgestones were unavailable, nor did anyone seek our approval before deciding to install a completely different brand on our vehicle. Not only was a defective and unsafe tire originally installed on our vehicle, but decisions were made regarding our vehicle without our authorization, and we feel we were deliberately misled about the tires that had actually been installed. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability throughout this experience. There was no ownership of the mistake, no apology, and no compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted. We will not be returning. In addition to your response... Your response is laughable along with completely incorrect. You also have the order of events completely incorrect and have fabricated/embellished most of what happened. We didn’t maliciously drop off our vehicle in the bay and we didn’t just storm in there and demand that it needed to be fixed. We spoke with the guy the night before. We also didn’t storm into the managers meeting. The service guy did and she was talking to me through the window, so I walked into the office and she didn’t like my questions. At no point did we raise our voice or act "childish". You clearly have posted this response to protect your own butt in the matter. Regardless, you are the business who sent us home on a tire we asked you to check and assured us that it was fine to which it was completely unsafe and this in its own is poor business practice.
I stopped by to get new tires for my Jeep, and the shop was super clean with a team that was incredibly friendly and helpful. A few days later, I ran into a little issue and reached out—within two hours, I was back in the shop, and Brayden fixed it right away. I can honestly say the service is amazing, and the customer support is just as great. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need tires, and I’ll be telling everyone I know this is the place to go to get tires. Thanks so much, guys, for making this such a good experience (: —Leland
One of the best place for the tires .Everything is excellent from customer service to tires selection. The prices are very budget friendly, very nice waiting area with free snacks and drinks. Thanks guys for your amazing service!..
I’ve purchased tires from this shop over the last six years. Last year they sold me 14 year old winter tires. When I purchased them, I was told that they were roughly three year old tires, and so, I did not think to double check. I was disappointed to learn the age from a local mechanic when I had the tires removed this season. I called Nothing But Tires and they stated that all tires are tested (+safe) and they do sell tires beyond the age of what’s recommended; a Google search revealed it is not illegal to sell 14 year old tires but extremely unsafe. I called management and was only offered a $50 credit for future tires. As much as I liked this shop in the past, I will not purchase from them again. Sad to see they treat loyal customers like this. Review from 2019 that I deleted: “ Was shopping around for tires + rims for weeks and couldn’t find anything for a good price. Every shop was $3K+. Called NBT and the first quote I got was amazing and it wasn’t a ripoff like every other shop. The agent, who was very kind and helpful, also assisted me in exploring all the other options I had and we came to a great set for an amazing price. It’s good to see there’s at least one shop who knows customer service is key to attaining and keeping business. Most auto shops and dealers treat customers poorly but the whole time I was at NBT, it was respect and kindness from employees. Will highly recommend this shop to anyone and they will be my tire shop going forward.”
Extremely disappointing experience with Nothing But Tires. I purchased a tire from them, and it developed a bump, indicating a defect. When I returned for a replacement, instead of standing behind the product and helping resolve the issue fairly, I was asked to pay an additional $90 for the replacement and installation. Customer service and warranty support were not what I expected. I chose this business hoping for reliable products and support, but this experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend them based on how this situation was handled.
