Tire Shop Plus

One star is too much even, I visited this shop expecting a professional experience, but unfortunately it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The owner spent much of the time chatting with friends instead of helping customers. Several people, including myself, were left standing and waiting while being ignored. After finally being served, I was charged more than I expected for a simple tire replacement. To make matters worse, the shop lost one of my vehicle’s lug nuts, which is expensive to replace on my vehicle. Letting a customer leave with a missing lug nut is a serious safety concern. Couple months after when I brought the issue to their attention, I expected an apology and a solution. Instead, the staff were rude and insisted I provide a receipt, even though they had already taken my name and phone number and should have been able to locate the transaction in their customer records. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles them matters. Unfortunately, there was no accountability, no professionalism, and no effort to make things right. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

This place is amazing. Their service is amazing. They know what they are doing the prices. Way fair chasey is also very nice guy.

I am very satisfied with the service at this tire shop! The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. Special thanks to Pavlo — he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me understand the issue, and recommended the best solution. It's always a pleasure dealing with people who truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for quality service and a great customer experience!

Great service and great pricing. No appointment needed. They do your tires on the spot. Helped me find a great tire for my vehicle. Ordered it in and they were in the next day. Rob, the owner greets every customer and constantly updates and reassures on time to completion. Very centrally located with lots of parking nearby. I would not consider going anywhere else now.

This tireshop is great, been going here for everything tire related. Quick but does great work. No nonsense pricing. They can pretty much source what you need for tires - new/used. Best part is first come first served- which means when you get there and no one is ahead of you. Your tires get done. No waiting around like most tireshops that force you to book an appointment but get stuck waiting after you book an appointment. Highly recommended 👌 👍🏽
