Edmonton Chassis Auto Repair & Inspections ( EC Auto repair)

Sam was so helpful, quick, patient, and kind when I was frustrated and overwhelmed. She worked with me to understand what my vehicle needed, and to make the right decision for my budget. The work was done efficiently, and my vehicle has been running smoothly ever since the repairs. I appreciated the communication about what was needed as a result of the complimentary inspection, and the timeliness of the work! I will absolutely bring my vehicle back here in the future!

I booked a pre-purchase inspection with EC Auto. The communication was very smooth and friendly and they even started to work on the car earlier than scheduled which ultimately helped me save a lot of time, despite me making the appointment for the inspection on the same day. The report I received was very thorough and even supplemented with photos of all findings (of which there weren't many luckily). Even when I called up to clarify one item I received great service and answers to all my questions. If I ever buy a car in Edmonton again I will surely return for another inspection.

Brought my 2023 Dodge Challenger to this shop for brake and suspension work, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and explaining exactly what needed to be done. They were very professional and made sure everything was done right. The difference in the way my car drives now is amazing — the braking feels smooth and the suspension feels solid and comfortable again. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail. Great customer service, fair pricing, and honest people. I highly recommend this shop if you need reliable brake or suspension repairs!

Took 2 vehicles here to have a prepurchase inspection done. They saved me from purchasing one that needed close to 6k in repairs, and the 2nd one was almost perfect and I was able to get what I needed from the dealership with their amazing and thorough inspection. I highly recommend them for inspections!
