R/T Services Inc

Needed to get 4x 3/4 ton truck tires re-balanced and found R/T Services online. Texted with Rohan and he was very responsive and informative with all my questions. Was able to get the wheels in and completed the same day. Customer service, cost and quality of work was excellent. Wheels are back on the truck an no more unbalanced tire vibration!

I have been coming to Rohan at R/T Services since 2014, back when he was still working out of his garage. It has been great to see how the business has grown over the years into a solid family run shop. Rohan is one of those people who is easy to trust. He is honest, friendly, and always takes the time to chat. Every visit comes with a good story and a few laughs. He clearly cares about the people he works with and the customers who come through the door. His wife helps run the front end, answering calls and booking appointments, and his son in law works there as well. You can tell it is a tight knit family operation and they take pride in what they do. The shop is also very comfortable. There is a massage chair and Netflix while you wait, which makes tire swaps surprisingly relaxing. Everything is organized, efficient, and easy. If you are looking for someone reliable who does great work and treats people well, I highly recommend Rohan and R/T Services. 👍🚗

Booked a tire change here and unfortunately they were unable to do the work because my fiancé didn’t have the lug key for his aftermarket lugs. That part is on us. The entire interaction felt rushed, which gave us the impression the shop may have been very busy or overbooked that evening. They did text us to let us know they were running 10-15 minutes behind. Another vehicle did pull in behind us about 10 minutes after we arrived. To be fair, the owner was nicer toward the end of the interaction and even showed me around the shop, which I appreciated. Overall though, the experience left us with a bit of a mixed impression and we ended up going elsewhere afterwards.

Had an amazing experience at R/T services! Rohan and his wife are such kind and genuine people! It’s a family owned business with very reasonably pricing and fast service! (Very knowledgable) While waiting they made me feel at home, I watched the football game while relaxing in there massage chair. I highly recommend! They have a customer for life…

Got in quick on a Sunday afternoon for a tire repair. Great friendly service for a very fair price! And I walk into the waiting room to find a MASSAGE CHAIR!! Highly recommend
