Goodguys Auto Inc

We have always had an amazing experience with Good Guys. They take the time to explain things to us, quotes come in as expected or better and the pricing is fair.

I was fit in promptly for the service I needed and I was blown away by how fast they were able to get my vehicle back to me. Very recommended shop!

I am in a state of shock at the level of honesty and respect I received from Good Guys Auto. The work on having my Transfer Case O-Ring replaced took less time than originally estimated, and they charged me less than the original quote. I’m truly thankful for this. I was referred by someone who relies on her vehicle for work and trusts them completely, and now I understand why. They carefully checked everything and were upfront in telling me that my timing belt looked fine and that I did not need a brake fluid service either. This was such a relief after the pressure I had been feeling from the dealership to get both done. It is incredibly refreshing to deal with a shop that isn’t trying to upsell or take advantage of me, but instead is focused on honesty and doing right by their customers. I am very happy with the service and will absolutely be returning!

I'm from out of town and my truck broke down outside of Fort Saskatchewan on a Sunday night. I didn't know of any repair shops to tow my vehicle to and my sister recommended good guys. I had it towed there on a Sunday night when they were closed and phoned them first thing Monday morning to explain what happened. They were able to look at my truck that day even without a prior appointment and get it diagnosed quickly. They quoted me a price for repairs which were done in a very timely matter. Then when I received my invoice it was less than what I was originally quoted. I am very impressed with the level of service this shop has and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
