Great Canadian Oil Change

I have always had fantastic experiences dealing with this location! Bailey is specifically knowledgable and always explains things very well. We now get most of the maintenance we are able to do with these great folks at this location! Staff are friendly, knowledgable, and always go the extra mile!

I had an excellent experience at Great Canadian Oil Change and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Bailey was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helped guide me through the entire process with confidence and care. Brock on the topside and Evan on the bottom side worked together seamlessly and were both very friendly and courteous. Their communication with each other was outstanding, making the whole service efficient and enjoyable to watch. It's clear that they take pride in their work and value customer service. The team made me feel welcome, kept me informed throughout the oil change, and provided a level of service that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend Great Canadian Oil Change to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy team. Thank you, Bailey, Brock, and Evan, for the outstanding experience!

Great experience at Great Canadian Oil Change in Fort Saskatchewan. The shop was clean, well laid out, and the service was quick. The staff were awesome. Rachel, the tech who helped me, really made the visit. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very detailed with everything they checked. I appreciated that they explained what might need attention without being pushy about extra services. The manager, Even, was awesome as well he sorted me out and clearly knew his stuff. I’d definitely recommend this location, especially if you’re not feeling like getting your hands dirty.

I’ve been going there with my work truck and car for over a year now and they always treat me wonderful and with respect! Today they helped me with my older car exhaust pipe… A very tough time financially for us so greatly appreciated! Wonderful people & great service!
