Dallas and Wole are amazing in assisting. My first time here and they provided exceptional service as the automatic was shut down. They were informative on how things work. As I have been to different car washes. This is an different experience. Thank you and look forward to returning cause of the great service. Oh let's not forget the undercarriage wash through self serve!

I’ve come to this car wash multiple times, and the track is either broken or the wash takes way too long to get through. It feels like half the time there’s some kind of issue, and the other half you’re stuck waiting much longer than expected. For the price and convenience people expect from an automatic car wash, the experience has been frustrating and unreliable. I hope management fixes the equipment and improves the speed of service because this location could be much better.

Overall a great place to wash your car. During the winter always check the website to make sure it the automated wash is working. Considering how many cars go through I’ve only seen it down for a day or two. And the attendants are friendly, want to give a shout out to Rebecca. Definitely worth the monthly membership.

Absolutely the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Excellent prices! The employee Jeremiah went above and beyond to help me out, and I’m genuinely grateful for the outstanding service he provided. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it made a huge difference. Upper management should recognize him for his exceptional work — he truly represents the best of this business. Been a member since day one when Great White opened and I’ve been on the monthly plan ever since. For $51, it’s been a solid deal. The wash is consistent car always comes out clean and actually dry. Jeremiah and his team run a tight operation. Friendly, professional, no complaints there. That said, there’s something people need to know the three standard memberships (Hammerhead, Tiger, and even the top-tier Great White) are capped at 12 washes per month. If you go over, your tag may stop working and you’ll likely get a call telling you that you need to upgrade to the next tier at around $90/month. If you wash your car often like I do, you’ll end up having to move up to that unlimited plan, which is a big jump. I just wish the company would clearly state on their website that all three of these tiers come with a maximum of 12 washes per month, and that going over means upgrading to the $90/month plan. That should be clearly shown on each of their membership tiers so no one is caught off guard. Still a good car wash overall, but the pricing and limits need to be more transparent.
