Hotshot Touchless Auto Wash

Mediocre, I will not be back. Still had dirt spots on my car, the back was cleaned better than most places, but the rest of the car overall was not good, not the best touchless, and not better than the brushes. Also their dryers aren't the greatest, add in a big hole in the ground as you are driving out that you kinda have to gas it to get out of and lose some of the dryer spot. Paid for the $14 wash, the mid-range.

Should have read the other complaints before I used the touchless car wash. From inside I could see that all the soap wasn’t washed off. So I waited for another turn. But the the door opened and apparently the dry cycle started. After I didn’t proceed the door closed again and I was stuck inside. Just when I was going to phone them an assistant opened it and told me I did it wrong. He didn’t look at the still dirty car, only told me the manager would come in in 20 minutes to look at the camera if a cycle was missed. I was not going to wait another 20 minutes. They lost one customer.

I used this touchless carwash at least two years, and last three to five months something happened with it - my vehicle still looks dusty after the wash. Today I asked carwash associate for assistance and Alex saved the situation 👏 He was very nice and helpful! Hope touchless carwash will get needed upgrades, because it has good location and I want to continue with it.

This was my first time here and will be my last. I went to the self serve car wash and I go to scrub the soap in with my cloth (literally takes less than 2 mins) and the guy comes up and says “we don’t allow hand wash here” so I ask if I can finish what I started at least and he pretty much said no. I do also dry my car but always do that outside after. So I won’t be returning to spend $13 on a rinse only. I’ll self wash my car properly elsewhere. If you’re looking for a great self serve car wash in Edmonton I recommend Ems on 99 street. Clean, reasonably priced and they work hard!
