Tonight I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I got a flat tire shortly after leaving my children's daycare on a Friday night. Luckily this Kal Tire was 3 mins away when my tire pressure sensor went off. I barely made it to this location 10 mins before they were supposed to close. They checked my tire, identified it wasn't repairable. They didnt have a tire for me, but a friend was able to find a tire that would get me home and brought it 20 mins later. The staff were able to change the rim and install the new tire for me. They stayed nearly an hour later for me, and I'm extremely grateful. Not even for a minute did they seem annoyed that they were supposed to be closed, my toddlers running around their office, or that they had better things to do on a Friday night. Thank you! 🙏🏻
Kal Tire found a small screw that was causing a leak and fixed the tire. They then did a tire rotation on my vehicle. The cost - FREE...since I bought all four of my tires with them last year. Great company! I would highly recommend getting All Weather tires from them. It is worth the price for the awesome service.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kal Tire for service on my 2010 Ford Fusion. After taking my vehicle to another shop that quoted unnecessary parts replacements, I decided to get a second opinion from Kal Tire. The team, starting with the Manager was extremely professional and honest in advising me that some of the parts didn’t need to be replaced. Their transparency and expertise were greatly appreciated, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend this shop for anyone seeking quality and trustworthy service. I will certainly return for future automotive needs.
I had an appointment this morning at 7:30 am for a seasonal tire change. However, there was no staff on site. I waited until 8 am and then left. I got no call back from anybody so I called instead to hear what happened. Someone told me that "the manager's alarm did not go off this morning". I will not come back to Kal Tire. By the way, Google should have the option of giving zero stars.
I had such a great experience with this store from start to finish. Aaron is very thorough, organized and attentive, and it’s clear that his leadership reflects in the way the store operates. You can see the care he puts into his customers and staff. Highly recommend !
