Luxury Auto Services

I had an excellent experience with Luxury Auto and highly recommend their service. They worked on both my 2000 Toyota Camry and 2014 Honda CR-V, and I was very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the work. For my Camry, they fixed an engine oil leak, replaced all the burned-out interior bulbs in the dashboard and temperature controls, and addressed issues with the sway bars and control arms. They also replaced all the necessary fluids, including brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant. They also serviced my 2014 CR-V, taking care of the brakes and replacing the necessary fluids, including the rear differential oil. What I really appreciate is that they took care of everything properly and thoroughly rather than just addressing one issue at a time. The vehicles are running and driving much better, and I feel confident knowing the important maintenance has been taken care of. Great workmanship, honest service, and attention to detail. Thank you, Luxury Auto! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable auto shop.

We recently had some work done on our control arms and brakes, at Luxury Auto Services, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The turnaround time was very reasonable, the pricing was fair, and communication was great the whole way through. Riaz was fantastic from start to finish, checking in with us as the work progressed and taking the time to explain exactly what he was seeing with our car, how it lined up with the issues we were having, and what he learned along the way. He clearly explained what parts were needed, why they were necessary, and walked us through all the costs so there were no surprises at all. What really stood out is how knowledgeable Riaz is; you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. There’s a level of care and pride in his work and it made us feel confident we were in good hands. If you’re looking for an honest, skilled shop, and someone who truly cares about doing the job right, Luxury Auto Services and Riaz are the place to go!

Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever received. I went to three dealerships, trying to determine the problem with a vehicle that I had purchased secondhand with no luck. Riaz was able to diagnose it instantly as well as help me with some other concerns with purchasing a used vehicle and work that was not properly completed by the dealership. I will only use him for now on - even if I have to drive the 6 hours!

Brought my BMW there for the first time. Received great service. Riaz knows these vehicles very well, takes a lot of pride in his work and kept me very informed. He also did an amazing job washing it and even shined the tires.

Had a great experience at Luxury Auto Edmonton. I got my front brakes done and the service was professional and honest from start to finish. Riaz, the owner, is very smart and extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. He also diagnosed another issue with my car and fixed it right away. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable and skilled auto service.
