AutoGermany - Audi, BMW, Mini and Mercedes Repair Edmonton AB

We’ve had consistently great experiences with AutoGermany over the years. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at diagnosing problems accurately and finding the right solutions. They take the time to explain what is happening with the vehicle, what repairs are needed, and what can wait, which we really appreciate. They have serviced several vehicles for us, including BMW and Mercedes-Benz, as well as our Ford Transit fleet. No matter the make or type of vehicle, their service has always been thorough, professional, and reliable. It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but AutoGermany has always been honest and straightforward with us. We feel confident bringing our personal and company vehicles to them and highly recommend AutoGermany to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy mechanics in Edmonton.

Autogermany has been fantastic to me and my vehicle! Their diagnostic found flaws in my car that I never would have found and the guys are very thorough. Even after having a repair done they pointed out another flaw in my tire and quickly handled the situation. The customer service here is excellent and they have definitely earned my services in the future! -Owen Lumsden

Exceptional shop, arguably the best I have visited in Edmonton. Extremely thorough, identifying issues no other shop could find. I appreciate that they document their findings with photos and videos. Prices are very fair for the level of service they provide. Oleg was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Customer service and communications were excellent and promised timelines were met, even if it meant staff coming in after hours. Our car was repaired in a timely manner. We were able to review and discuss proposed repairs while our car was on the hoist in their clean and organized garage. They were able to source some used parts at modest prices compared to dealer prices (the dealer could only offer new parts). Autogermany found necessary repairs that the dealership overlooked. Without Autogermany’s abilities to repair our car, we would have likely decided to sell our beautiful car and buy a new one. It was a pleasure working with Autogermany!

Had an issue with the lower actuator flap and needed the rear brakes changed on my vehicle. AutoGermany were able to assess the issue, and fix it in a very timely manner. The staff there were very friendly, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. What I’m most impressed with is the turn around time. Got my vehicle back the same day. Would definitely recommend.
