Euroservice Autohaus Ltd.

Carol and Paul squeezed our mini in near end of day, before our trip back to Cold Lake. The car was repaired better then expected for a competitive price. Our Mini performance is better then it's been in quite a while, and sensor issues were all solved.

Paul and his staff were great. I had been told I would require changing all my injectors on one bank and he indicated that the one that was not working was the only one that required replacing (@1100.00/injector the cost would have been almost $4k with labour). My car is running great and I appreciated the excellent service.

Having purchased a complete brake kit for my wife's BMW X3, I was successful in installing the front set but I was a little reluctant to give the back set a go as I'd never done brakes that had an electric parking brake. I decided to call around to get quotes on labour to do the job. My normal service shop was too busy, I tried a few others and none of them wanted to do the job unless I bought the parts from them. One shop suggested that I call Euroservice Autohaus. He highly recommended them. So, I picked up the phone and called them. A pleasant voice answered the call and I asked to speak to someone about getting my brakes installed. She said "You can talk to me". Turns out, this was Carol. She knew exactly what challenges I was facing if I tried to do the job myself and quoted me a very fair price to have them do it. I can't even tell you how glad I am that I made that call! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, everything a person could ask for. So rare these days. I kind of feel bad for my regular shop as I'll likely be using EA from now on! 6 Stars!

Although I came in with an exhaust issue that was beyond the scope of the shop, Paul, assisted me with advice and pointed me in the right direction. The staff are friendly and professional and the cleanliness and order of the shop inspire confidence. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended. Mike W. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
