Midas

The manager I dealt with was just the nicest guy, Every chance he had he would take me back into the shop and show me what they found and explained why and how it affected my vehicle, getting me to feel the differences with my own fingers. They were very honest and told me my front brakes were fine while my dealership said they needed to be replaced a year ago (Midas said they were at 6mm which is what my dealership told me a year ago.) Midas hooked me up with a discount deal for my oil change without me even asking about one. Overall I would say this is a shop that makes you feel good about the money you are spending. My most enjoyable vehicle repair experience to date for sure.

I showed up in the morning with an almost flat tire. They realized my crunch for time as I was running late for work with the flat and they quickly squeezed my vehicle in to put my donut on so I could get to work. My tire ended up being unfixable. They provided four suggestions to change out the tire(s) and didn’t even try and convince me to get the most expensive one. I asked about needing an alignment and JD told me that he didn’t think, from the little he saw, I would need it but would provide evidence if he felt it was needed during the repairs. I appreciated not be pressured to upsell on everything. They were able to get my tires repaired as well as some other things they found in one day. I liked how they sent photographic evidence of all the things that needed fixing. Their warranty also seems really awesome. I totally appreciated the customer service and will definitely start using them as my go-to mechanic/oil change place. Thanks for the great service!

The place to go for an honest assessment of your vehicle repair needs with exceptional turnaround time. Took the family car here for an engine light code. I was provided with a quote for repairs and they made time for me there and then, to get me back on the road (worry free) within 4 hours. JD and his staff are the gold standard for customer service. I won't hesitate a second to return here for auto repair service.

I had the best experience with Midas. Michelle in service knows her stuff. They diagnosed my vehicle and didn't ask me to fix a million unnecessary things. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
