Visited there location 2 times for a out of province inspection. Where I was refused service, despite making an appointment and calling prior to my arrival at there shop. Grand waste of time……

Had to recently get a major repair done. They were very professional and quick with getting my car fixed up like new. Highly recommend this shop. Very reasonable pricing too.

Worst customer service , i needed to get outer province inspection done . These people made my life hell . I came 4 times everytime with a on call appointment and when i get there they start making excuses . I would never recommend them to anyone . They are very unprofessional . First of all one good thing, you do not need appointment for oil change. That’s only one. I visited this place today for my oil change. I had oil and filter. They charged me 50$ which is expensive. Routine rates are 30$. Just because I had a Mercedes Benz, they charged me 50$. I had to wait for 20 minutes to get out of their garage. They parked one more car behind me and started repairing it. I had to wait for that repair to done and than I could go out. Mechanic who handles the appointment and decide the work for other workers, specifically he is very rude. They need to get professional approach for this kind of mechanical work. They need to improve their customer service.
