It was very frustrating dealing with the owner of this shop today. I booked to take my car in on Tuesday morning and I dropped it off at approximately 7:45 a.m. I had told him that I only had a vehicle to use for 3 days and so I needed it back by Thursday. All I asked for was a parasitic draw test to start and then a quote to figure out how to fix it. I had talked to a few mechanics before going to him and was advised that this should not be a difficult task. I called him at roughly 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday just for an update. He was so rude and proceeded to tell me I was interrupting his work. One you do not talk to your customers the way he talks to me, secondly your customer should be able to call and ask for an update. He proceeded to tell me this was going to take him a while and that he was very busy. It appears that he overbooks himself and then can't handle a workload. That is not the customer's fault. So I called him Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. and was as polite as could be, asked him how he was and he advised me he was irritated and not in a nice tone. Again not how you talk to customers. He proceeded to tell me that after having it for 2 days he really had done nothing with my car. I advised him I was coming to pick it up and I will not go back to him as long as he owns it. He has apparently sold the shop, and I think that's great because he is very miserable and does not seem to want to deal with customers and obviously can't manage or handle his workload. As long as he owns it I would not recommend this shop to anybody. He did not seem to think I had any reason to be frustrated and I disagree.

Bought a new bumper cover and paid Dukyk’s to install it. Picked it up broken! Appears to have been scraped and cracked.

Terry has excellent costumer service and excellent prices. The car dealership quoted us $1500 and Terry was able to save us quite a bit of money. I highly recommend him.

These guys do great work on my car every time I need anything done. Always reasonable, Terry will never upsell you, really knowledgable about cars. Really busy shop but for a good reason. Recommend to everyone I know. Thank you!
