Optimum Auto Service

Basit is wonderful to deal with. Very fair and honest. The service was excellent and helpful which made this visit effective for my vehicles needs. I have been dealing with Optimum for many years and he really doesn’t fail to deliver. Thank you for being you

I went in for an Out of province inspection and was a little worried it wouldn’t pass which it did not, but they made the problem a quick and easy fix. Not only did Rafael go out of his way by first off asking if I wanted anything from Tim Hortons, but also to getting one of the gentlemen to drive me home and get my car fixed that day so I could make sure it passed the out of province inspection the same day! That was unbelievable service and I can not be more thankful for that. Absolutely great shop and will be going back for more car service. Also. My husband went there and made a fool of himself saying they didn’t do the work. They were more than accommodating to him and show him the new parts . He feels dumb and got the guys beers. He again is great full for the work they did

I wish if i can give ten stars out of five….As of some other mechanics told me about replace whole engine because of coolant going into engine But luckily I contact optimum , they cal me right away without appointment and found solution within half an hour. They found actual leaks underneath the vehicle and charged me very reasonable with low cost…. . I was so stressed out whole month about big expense or were thinking to selling the vehicle….A big thank you and hugs from my side to you guys for saving my money and took out stress on my head…I am your forever customer now..🙏🙏 100 percent recommend to others. All staff members are friendly and helpful.

I would like to share with everyone in need of repairs. I had a GMC Acadia that needed to replace the timing chain. I took it to Optimum Auto Service and the installed it in two days. The engine ran smoothly and purring. Unfortunately I was involved in a head on collision on the yelloehead and the car was written off. I bought a replacement car a 2018 Ford Explorer and I noticed after a year of driving it that it also need to change the timing chain aswell. I didn’t hesitate for a second I called Optimum Auto Service and was given a quote and I had in in the next day. They had it done in a day and half. I can’t say enough about these guys. They’re the best shop in town. They’re honest and accurate about there quotes. No hidden fees or bull crap. Straight up honest reliable company. I highly recommend these guys you won’t be disappointed. I’m a retired journeyman mechanic red sealed mechanic myself but unable to work on it myself because of years of abuse to my body. So I know what they know. Let me tell you this they know what they are doing and they do it exceptionally well. They will always be my go to shop to get good quality work. The owner,”Basit Alqubaisi” is very polite and honest. Great person to talk to about your car issues and get the problem resolved quickly for you at a decent price. Go here if you need your vehicle fixed. You won’t be disappointed or regret going to Optimum Auto service for great value and service.

Rafael knows his stuff. definitely not one of those shops trying to screw you over. explains things really simply and actually shows you visually the issues before starting any work and charging you. Highly recommend this place
