Park Automotive

Didn't know Park Auto was absorbed by the Mazda dealership, and usually I stay away from dealerships; however, I have to say my experience was great. I dropped my truck off because I had a front diff pinion leak. I didn't discover the leak until it was almost too late. I called Park Auto and was quickly booked for the next day. My experience dealing with the shops in Sherwood usually leaves me without my vehicle for multiple days, but they were very quick with ordering the part, and I had my truck back on the road the same day. Additionally, the technicians make a video of what needs to be repaired, ensuring total transparency. They didn't try to upsell me or add a bunch of random repairs, and their communication was on point. You pay more compared to other shops, but the experience, knowledge, and quality of work merit the dealer prices..

Had a new set of tires mounted and balanced. Great price as they had a promo. Work was good... only reason for 4 stars not 5 was that it took a long time. Was told on the phone it would take 1-1.5 hours, then when I checked in at my appt. I was told it would be 1.5-2 hrs. Ended up taking 2.5 hrs.

Never been happier with an automotive shop before, best prices in Edmonton and they will treat you like family. Miraj gave me free roadside assistance for 6 months only because they couldn’t perform a proper alignment on my lowered car, I trust Miraj and his team more than anyone I’ve ever taken my vehicles to before… Highly highly highly recommend park automotive for absolutely anything vehicle related.

I called the store before an hour and they gave me appointment for my car in like 30 mins. They offered really good services and the people that work there they so nice and polite. I highly recommend going to park Automative for any kind of vehicle service.
