⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “A little piece of Heaven in Sherwood Park.” There are good bakeries… and then there are bakeries where you take your first bite and immediately think: WOWZERS 😃 There is something wonderful about discovering a family that has taken the things they love making, and turned them into something the community can enjoy. I’ve already become a fan of their sourdough, have been enjoying it for the past 2 years. There is a major difference about properly fermented sourdough. That long fermentation develops incredible flavour and character, and the natural fermentation process involves lactic-acid bacteria and yeast. Whatever the science behind it, the result is unmistakable: depth, flavour and bread that actually tastes alive. You can taste what long fermentation and careful craftsmanship bring to the bread. But then… I tried the cinnamon bun for the first time. This wasn’t just a cinnamon bun. It was THE cinnamon bun. 🤯 The dough was soft, rich and perfectly baked. The butter and sugar were beautifully balanced, and there was heaps of cinnamon exactly where there should be heaps of cinnamon. 😋 And then there was the icing. REAL icing!!! Not a drizzle. Not a thin glaze. A glorious, thick layer of creamy icing. The kind where you look at the bun and think, “Yep. We’re not pretending to be healthy today.” Every element worked together perfectly. The buttery dough, cinnamon, sweetness and icing. Nothing overwhelmed anything else. A perfect balance. Blessed by hands who created it 🤍 My one little idea for 💡 Your classic cinnamon bun is already so good that I wouldn’t change it. But I can’t help imagining what could happen if you took that incredible foundation and created seasonal specialty buns. Imagine: 🎃 Pumpkin Spice Cream Cheese 🍁 Maple Butter Cream 🍋 Lemon Zest & Cream Cheese ☕ Cappuccino Cream 🍪 Cookies & Cream ❤️ Cinnamon Hearts 🍓 Strawberry Cream 🫐 Blueberry Lemon 🍎 Apple Pie & Caramel 🎄 Candy Cane Cream Cheese 🎂 Birthday Cake “Knead’s Cinnamon Bun Collection.” Same incredible bun… completely different experience. I honestly think people would start coming back specifically to discover what flavour is next. Because that’s the thing about Knead Bakehouse: this doesn’t feel like a giant commercial bakery trying to manufacture another product. It feels like a family who genuinely loves making exceptional food. And you can taste that. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you live in Sherwood Park or you’re anywhere nearby go find Knead. Get the sourdough. Try the dips. And for the love of everything, Get the cinnamon bun!!!

A very lovely family-owned bakery! The owners and staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and clearly put a lot of care into what they do. Everything is baked fresh that morning, and you can really taste the difference. They’ve become very popular very quickly, so it’s not surprising that some items sell out early. They’ve been very transparent about their hours and that they may sell out, and I think it’s important to keep in mind that this is a small family business with limited staff and space. I’ve personally been in line and seen people purchasing large quantities of popular items, so it’s understandable that things can sell out quickly. Be prepared for a possible line up—it’s worth it! ❤️ I’d much rather support a small family business that makes everything with natural ingredients than a corporation. Wishing this wonderful family business lots of success! They deserve all the support. Their pretzels and cinnamon buns are the best! ❤️

Want this morning and got 2 different kinds of cinnamon buns and 2 different pretzels as well as Sourdough. Everything is so fresh and delicious! The staff was kind and the service was quick. I’ll be back!

I just tried the Artisian sourdough loaf and cinnamon buns today - WOW. 🤩 Both products were just incredible. I will definitely be going back to rebuy the Artisan loaf and try some other goodies soon!

The beast sour dough bread I have ever tried. Also the pretzels and cinnamon buns cookies are amazing! You need to try these items. I went there when they had some surprise openings and know that some things quickly sell out!
