Fresh fades barbershop Inc

I drove to this place on a Wednesday afternoon. When I walked in there was a gentleman sprawled on one of the couches, on his phone, vape in hand. I wasn't sure if he was one of the barbers or not since he didn't really greet me. He Just kind of mumbled a hello. I asked if I could get a fade for my undercut and he said he didn't do fades and there was no one there today that could do a fade. You're a business called "Fresh Fades" and you couldn't provide your namesake service. He didn't even bother get up off the couch for the entire interaction. I drove down the street to a different barber. EDIT* I find it an odd business practice to reply to every negative review by calling potential customers liars. I have both sides of my head shaved. My gender shouldn't matter. It's an undercut. Every single word in my review is absolutely true and your insulting response to my experience at your establishment is immature. I'll be sure to repeat this story to everyone I know, as we all have a good laugh about how ridiculous your business is. The barbershop down the street that did a wonderful fade on my hair, also laughed with me at your expense.

If you want a fade haircut… don’t go there. I was there in a Saturday and the place was empty, I shouldn’t have entered. They don’t know how to make a proper fade. I had to go somewhere else so they could fix my hair.

These guys dont know how to cut hair. Very rude staff and doesnt care about what the client wants. I had a bad experience with them I dont recommend it.
