Tommy is an absolute weapon—in the best possible way. The moment we walked in, he greeted us with a smile and immediately made us feel welcome. He explained the sizes, prices and options clearly and efficiently, including how we could split quantities or spend $5, $10, $30—whatever worked for us. There wasn’t even the slightest hint of pressure or an attempt to upsell us. Just: here’s what everything costs, here are your options, and you can get exactly what you want—nothing more and nothing less. That alone was incredibly refreshing. Then the knowledge came out. Tell Tommy what flavours you enjoy or point to something you like, and he can instantly fire back with five excellent recommendations. Boom, boom, boom—every suggestion had a reason behind it, and he made choosing something new feel easy and fun instead of overwhelming. He wasn’t just knowledgeable; he knew how to translate that knowledge into recommendations that actually matched the person standing in front of him. He was upbeat, personable, helpful and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. My girlfriend left extremely happy, and I left seriously impressed—which is saying something because I’m very picky and probably more judgmental than I should be. Tommy delivers exactly what great customer service should be: no pressure, no nonsense, complete transparency, outstanding product knowledge and a fantastic attitude. DAVIDsTEA struck gold with this guy. Give him a raise, clone him, and have him train everybody.
I love how they offer samples to customers. It's a smart way to get people to try new products, and it definitely makes me more likely to buy something I enjoy. I also appreciate that they offer non-caffeinated samples too. The staff are always friendly and welcoming when handing out samples, which makes the experience even better
This is easily one of my favorite stops in the mall! The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely knowledgeable about their blends. I love the massive variety they carry, and it’s become a special tradition for my daughter, who loves getting to smell the different teas before we pick our favorites. Her absolute top choice is the Strawberry Lemonade tea! They have a fantastic selection of both caffeinated and caffeine-free options, so there is something for everyone. I always end up leaving with a big stash of yummy teas that taste just as good iced as they do hot. If you're in the mall, this shop is a must-visit!
As a tea collector, this place had me swooning the second I walked in. The colors, the quirky displays, the gorgeous décor; everything felt like stepping into a little tea wonderland. I swear I turned into a kid in a candy store. It’s spotless, vibrant, and full of unique blends you won’t find anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend for fellow tea lovers! Oh, did I mention the friendly staff? I’m adding that to the list of reasons why I need go back for more!
This tea place is amazing! They offer a wide variety of teas to choose from, and the girls working there are very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The customer service is truly the best, and they always make the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great tea and excellent service.
