Really enjoyed my visit to Presotea Southgate. The drinks taste fresh and well balanced, and I like that you can customize sweetness and ice level. The staff are friendly, patient, and the service is fast. The shop is clean and conveniently located inside Southgate, making it easy to grab a drink while shopping. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality bubble tea in the mall.
I am verrry picky with bubble tea and usually find myself disappointed. But I actually made a face because of how surprised I was by how good that first sip was. Texture and flavor of thw tapioca was on point and the flavor of the drink was fantastic. Perhaps a bit much for some but I prefer a strong flavor.
Amazing experience here! The lovely lady with orange hair gave such great customer service and had the best energy and personality. She made the whole experience feel welcoming, and the drinks were amazing — fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. Such a great spot if you want something refreshing and convenient on the go. Definitely coming back!
Amazing service! Everything was done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff, stayed and chatted a while. The menu selection is great, yummy and interesting flavors to try. Lots of customization for affordable rates. The only thing to note is a discontinued flavor was still being advertised. They should remove it from the banner.
