We had such a lovely experience at Moon Cafe, especially because of the barista who helped us (unfortunately we weren’t able to get his name 😭) I told him I really wanted to give matcha a chance and he was incredibly patient and kind enough to walk me through the different matcha drinks on the menu and explain what each one tasted like. He never made me feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. I ended up trying the strawberry matcha and it was honestly the perfect recommendation and I loved it so much! 🍓🍵 My husband also got his Flame Latte EXACTLY the way he wanted it and he really enjoyed his drink as well. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about making sure customers enjoy what they order. Huge kudos to the barista for being so patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. He made our first visit even more memorable and we’ll definitely be coming back. 🤍🌙
Visiting our all-time favorite spot for bubble tea, I tried the Tiramisu Latte for the first time, and it was so good! The Tiramisu Mocha was my first favorite drink, and it’s still a must-have. We always come here whenever we get the chance because we absolutely love the ambiance. The staff were so kind and welcoming. She greeted me with a warm smile even though she was busy making drinks, which made the experience even better. Just visit this store and try their Tiramisu Mocha!💕
The drink I had was fantastic. Service was great. This place is nowhere near my house but I’ve always wanted to try it, I’m glad I did!! Definitely recommend. I don’t like too sweet, but I do like flavour and creaminess. and with the helpful recommendation from the man at the counter, I got the Kungfu milktea, 30% sweetness, Cloud topping, with “extra flame”. It was perfect. The “extra flame” is a thick syrup (not too sweet) they line the cup with, which adds a subtle extra sweetness to the drink, especially if you get reduced sugar in the milktea. I LOVED this drink. It was like an elevated and sophisticated version of my go-to creme brulee brown sugar drink from my regular milktea shop. (I love both.) I don’t order my drinks with pearls, so I can’t speak to those. I also got the creme brulee soft serve (without pearls) as I love creme brulee. The milk tea flavoured ice cream was not very sweet, a little too not-sweet for my liking, and the creme brulee pudding at the bottom was a jello texture which I didn’t expect. This was not my personal preference and I probably won’t order it again, but for what it is and if it sounds like your taste (not very sweet, mix of textures), the quality is good. I would definitely try another flavour/version of soft serve next time. I enjoyed my drink and service here very much, I totally recommend, and want to come back when I’m in the area again.
I usually come here for their coffee and fruit tea — both the quality and flavors are always great. It was my first time trying their ice cream, but I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the milk tea soft serve, but honestly couldn’t taste any milk tea flavor — it was just overwhelmingly sweet. I’ll probably stick to drinks next time.
The strawberry iced matcha here is elite. The strawberry purée has the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, and the matcha is smooth and perfectly blended. So delicious! The owners are also incredibly friendly - amazing service every time.
