This was my first visit to Urban Plant Cafe, and it definitely won't be my last. The café has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. Everything we ordered was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The bingsu was incredibly light and refreshing, and the drinks were just as good. You can really tell they take pride in the quality of what they serve. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and the service was quick even though the café was busy. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I can see why so many people recommend this place. If you're looking for a café with amazing desserts, great drinks, and a relaxing vibe, Urban Plant Cafe is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!
Really disappointing experience at Urban Plant Café. When we arrived around 2:30, it was a bit busy, we got a table and got lost in conversation for bit before ordering. Which is typical in a cafe. They came over and questioned us about why we hadnt order yet , which felt rushed and unwelcoming and something I have never experienced elsewhere. We ordered food and drinks. Awhile later the café was almost completely empty, yet staff came over to us to tell us we needed to tell my friends 9 year old child to return to our table, who was quietly reading at the end of the booth against the wall, to move back because it was “about to be rush hour.” The rush never came and yet a few minutes later she returned and spoke to the child directly instructing him to move. We felt that extremely inappropriate. Overall, it felt unnecessarily strict and uncomfortable given how empty the space was. We left feeling unwelcome and absolutely will not be returning. Response: w e i r d o ‘s 😂
First time here. Super cute atmosphere. Had my very first Pong Pong Crush and loved it! The employee, Leah, was quick to serve and smiley. Will come back!
I was in from out of town looking for a place to do some writing and found this on Google maps. I'm trying to avoid the big chains. Be aware, they have a policy for no screens, books, but cell phones are fine, which is weird for an empty shop. I asked the owner since it's empty, and she said it's policy. The service is just bizarre, like I'm an annoyance. Vibe is way off. Coffee is meh. They don't have flat white, which is really telling for a coffee shop. I know the reply is gonna be it's their policy and the atmosphere they want to create. That's fine. But expect the consequences.
What isn’t to like about this cafe?? The food is excellent. The coffee & lattes are excellent. The service is excellent (so friendly and happy to serve)! Atmosphere, cute and quaint with great seating among plants and chatter. No laptops and studying brings a personal vibe as well. 10 ✨ if I could!! So good and thank you!!!
