A Cappella Catering

We had the pleasure of having A Capella for our wedding and we were blown away with how good the food, desserts and service were. Very professional and one of the best vendors to email with. Respond very fast and are very helpful and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone 10/10 times. One of the biggest compliments we got from our wedding was how good the catering was. We couldn’t be happier with them and would book them again any day.

I was blown away by my experience with A Cappella Catering for my wedding. We went with their BBQ food truck. First, Melissa was amazing to work with when it to communicating and figuring out details. We were easily able to work out information about the menu, allergies, timing and tailoring their offers to exactly what we needed for our wedding. Melissa always answered quickly and with so much information and guidance. Wedding planning can be stressful, but the catering was never stressful at all. They helped set out the wine we brought on the table, worked well with my catering and made sure to return all the rentals. It was a smooth running of things that I never had to worry about. Their staff, such as Justin, were friendly and helpful. They were always circling to clear things away and ask how everything was. The line at the food truck went quickly. I was at first, wondering if one main and two sides would be enough for everyone, but the portions were amazing!! Everyone was so happy with the amount of food and no one was hungry afterwards. In addition, everyone was raving about how good the food was (I highly recommend the Mac and cheese, the potatoes, the brisket sandwich and the chicken sandwich; these were crowd favourites).

We had the Curbside food truck at a friends wedding and it was delicious! The brisket was a huge favourite, I got the chicken sandwich and it was so yummy. Juicy and well seasoned, and a huge piece of chicken! I got the Mac and cheese and potatoes as my sides and the portions were incredible. They were very quick with their service but despite that they were all very kind and the food was hot and fresh! I only wish I thought of having a food truck at my wedding. 10/10 experience! No photos cause I couldn’t wait to dig in 😂

Extremely professional! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Trinity last night at my nieces wedding. My husband is a former caterer and knew what to expect. She did her job perfectly. She was right on time, knew exactly what was in the order, set up quickly and layed everything out in a logical order. The food was also amazing and everyone was very happy with the meal. We will be calling again for our next event.

A Capella did our wedding dinner in June 2026, and the service and food (Mushroom Madeira Chicken) were excellent – we got compliments from our guests all night. The staff were very professional and courteous and even helped us move the tables, which was not their job. I highly recommend A Capella and will use them again – hopefully not for another wedding though!
