Excellent service. Our event was booked within about 60 minutes Online. Prompt to reply when I submitted the online booking for the Christmas turkey dinner lunch luncheon. The turkey was delicious, salad, fresh, stuffing/mashed potatoes great, I’ve been roasted vegetables excellent. I would recommend if you were ordering mashed potatoes to allow for more than 5 ounces per person and order additional gravy. Delivery was prompt and on time and very courteous. I would definitely order this caterer again.

We recently chose to use Divine Creations Catering Ltd. for our Mother's Celebration of Life. Joakim was quick to reply with a response and a reasonable quote. He directed me to the menu on their website and provided answers to all of my questions. On the day of the service, he was puntual and very efficient. The amount of food, selection of desserts and the variety and presentation of sandwiches was very appealing and very tasty. Several of the people attending commented on the food and how good it was. I am very pleased with our choice to go with Divine Creations Catering Ltd. and would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Divine on several of occasions to cater for parties at different venues (normally 80-100 people). They are great to deal with and the food choices are always excellent and you know you will always get exactly what you order. They are great to deal with in terms of building a menu and providing quotes. They provide chafers to keep the food warm and deliver exactly on time as requested. There is no pressure if you want to supply your own drinks and plates etc you are welcome to do that. I also appreciated last time that they picked up last minute I had forgotten some gluten free deserts and threw in a plate of GF cakes for free- considerate touches like this mean I will for sure use them again.

I want to respond to the explanation provided by Divine Catering regarding the concerns raised about the food served at our family’s funeral reception. While the response explains preparation standards, portioning practices, and internal checks, it does not change the actual experience we had at the event. The explanation about procedures is difficult to reconcile with the quality of the food that was served. Personally, I had one small square of an egg salad sandwich and a few olives. The egg salad sandwich was dry, tasteless, and unappetizing, and the olives were dry. Those were the only items I attempted to eat because nothing else looked appealing. Even the desert squares were dried out. I ended up going out later to get something else to eat. Reading a long response focused on defending processes rather than acknowledging the concerns raised is frustrating. If the food had truly been checked and confirmed to meet the standards described, it is hard to understand how it could have been sent out in the condition we experienced. It is entirely possible that others have had positive experiences with Divine Catering over the years, and that is good to hear. However, that was not the experience at this memorial gathering. In a situation as sensitive as a funeral reception, a sincere acknowledgment and apology would have gone much further than a lengthy explanation defending the quality of food that, unfortunately, was not present at this event. Had accountability been taken for the situation, I likely would not have taken the time to write this review and would have added several more stars. When the quality of a service does not meet expectations, it can go a long way when a business acknowledges it and considers offering something like a discount or refund. In my own business, when I feel I have not met my own standards on a given day, I take responsibility and make it right for the client. That kind of accountability builds trust and prevents situations like this from turning into negative reviews.

Divine catering catered our Christmas meal this evening and it was outstanding! Very flavourful, tender meats, rich scalloped potatoes, very impressive. I highly recommend!
