Excellent Moving Experience with Action Moving... I had a great experience with Action Moving from start to finish. Their entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. The lady in the office was awesome, she followed up promptly and took the time to answer every question I had, which made planning my move much less stressful. As an AISH recipient, there is absolutely no way I could have completed this move on my own. Having a reliable moving company was extremely important, and Action Moving exceeded my expectations every step of the way. On moving day, the crew actually arrived about half an hour early, which was a pleasant surprise. They got right to work and were incredibly fast, organized, and efficient while still handling everything with care. Most importantly, everything arrived exactly as it left—nothing was lost, damaged, or broken. The move went smoothly, and the team exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Action Moving to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and stress-free moving experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my move so easy and stress free as possible. Much appreciated.

I had an excellent experience with Action Moving. Booking was easy and June was friendly and helpful. I was moving my father from his apartment to a seniors lodge. They worked with me to move what we needed and donate everything else. They quoted me several hundred dollars less than the other mover I contacted who was supposed to have a special seniors rate. The move came in very close to the quoted amount. On moving day Daniel was my contact person. He was helpful and easy to reach. The moving crew, Misha and Ivan were efficient, friendly, and respectful. I rarely do reviews but thought they deserved a five star review.

I can’t recommend Action Moving enough! They handled my move out of Edmonton last year and safely stored all of my belongings, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The moving crew was an incredibly hardworking Ukrainian team who were professional, efficient, and took exceptional care of my belongings. They worked hard all day, treated my items with respect, and made what could have been a stressful move feel effortless. The office staff and administration were equally impressive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, personable, and incredibly easy to work with. Any time I had a question, they were quick to help. Their online customer portal is also excellent—it’s simple to make payments, manage your account, and keep track of everything in one place. One thing I really appreciated was their honesty and transparency. The final bill matched the quote exactly. There were no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no last-minute upselling—just honest pricing and great service. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy moving and storage company, Action Moving is the one to call. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends. Thanks to the entire team for making the whole experience such a positive one!
