Alberta Carpet Cleaning

Making the telephone appointment was easy, Bogdan our technician arrived on time with a courtesy call before arrival. He was professional & kind, did an amazing job with a severely stained carpet which had urine stains and smells. The explanation of the job and invoice made it a breeze. We’ve been using Alberta Carpet cleaning for a few years now at our rental property and will be using them again.

The gentleman was very nice however, I left my house for 2 days, came home I still had stains on. The carpet (which I used my OWN) carpet cleaner to fix, I asked for my couch to be done and it's still no cleaner than. When. I asked for it. Let's say he did my couch and about 150 sq ft of carpet in 20 minutes. I would have rather done it myself. Disappointed and upset with the service. Would not recommend what so ever due to the EFFORT put into the cleaning. The picture is what is still coming out of my carpet in my living room. If I pay for professional I expect when I come back after 2 days not to have any sorry water. Edit:I had surgery and had ASHLEY call me today. To argue about my carpet and extremely rude and demeaning. I have provided proof of how gross my carpets are (haven't even touched my couches) After BEING PROFESSIONAL CLEANED. It should TR AKE LONGWR THAN 15 MINTUES to clean a couch and 225 SW ft of carpet. The guys said it took an hour. He walked in my house and talked to me for 5 minutes at 1 pm. He was done at 132 pm and had his tools cleaned up and put of my house and everything paid for. Literally 15 maybe 20 minutes. It does take EFFORT to clean carpet and a couch! As someone who works in HR I would never have an employee such as Ashley, who treats my customers this way working for me. This was disgusting and absolutely insulting having her tell me " well we can come out and do a spot treatment". Absolutely not a spot treatment! My couch and floors should be done again. Which she said I guess we can but we usually just spot treat for unhappy customers. Spot treat? My entire service should be redone! And I SHOULD NOT have this rude woman being on the phone. This company is absolutely appalling if this is how they treat their customers. She should bo longer have a job after today's phone call tbh. Disgusted by this company. Edit 2: just recieved a call from Tracey. Absolutely horrendous. Told me she listened to the call (which she DID NOT) and tried advising my the first tech was here an hour and the second was here 25 minutes. I had to correct her and advise her that a there never was a second tech and if she did listen to the call she would have her her absolutely rude and horrible employee being dismissive, condescending and absolutely awful. Doesn't surprise me with the way the GM spoke to me. DO NOT USW RHIS COMPANY. Go somewhere else that has food customer service and actually does the job they are hired to do. Hopefully the GM refunds my money like she said she would. But we shall see

UPDATE: I originally gave the company 3 stars, but I’m changing my review to 5 stars based on how well they handled my concerns. Anna, who originally helped me with my booking, personally called me after my review. She was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly, and I really appreciated the way she handled the situation. She genuinely made me feel heard and completely changed my overall impression of the company. Laben also did a great job with the cleaning and was extremely professional and respectful. Excellent customer service all around. And a special thank you to Anna for going above and beyond. She absolutely deserves the recognition!

We had an excellent experience with Alberta Carpet Cleaning Services! They were able to get us booked within just a few days, which we really appreciated. Our technician, Bagdan, was absolutely fantastic. He was highly communicative throughout the process, arrived exactly on time when he said he would, and was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his work. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does. The quality of the cleaning exceeded our expectations, and we were thrilled with the entire experience from start to finish.
