Double Clean Inc.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Double Clean. The owner, Mona, has been a doll to work with – she always responds as soon as she's able, and is helpful and kind. The ladies that I've had at my house to clean are lovely and sweet, and do a terrific job. I highly recommend Double Clean.

We recently had a rental property in Sherwood Park, AB where the previous tenants arranged carpet cleaning services through Double Cleaning prior to moving out. Overall, the cleaning work was completed to a high standard overall. After the new tenants moved in, they raised a concern regarding some residual pet fur in a few areas. We contacted Double Cleaning, and their representative, Jon, responded promptly and professionally. He took the concern seriously and worked diligently to coordinate a follow-up visit. The first attempt to access the property was unfortunately unsuccessful due to a communication issue. However, after further coordination, Jon and his team quickly arranged a return visit and addressed the specific areas identified by the new tenants. We were very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and customer care demonstrated throughout the entire process. The matter was handled efficiently and without any complications, and the follow-up work was completed to our satisfaction. Based on our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending Double Cleaning to others. Thank you again, Jon, for the excellent workmanship and outstanding support throughout the process. Keep up the great work! Sincerely, Tom from X Roar Community

Excellent service from start to finish! Communication was fantastic—Mona responded very quickly, were easy to reach, and made the entire booking process simple and stress-free. She clearly understood what I needed and scheduled the cleaning right away. The cleaning team was professional, friendly, punctual, and did an outstanding job. They paid attention to detail, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional cleaners with great communication and exceptional results. I'll definitely be using their services again!

I had a great experience with Double Clean Inc. From the initial booking to the completed service, everything was professional and well organized. The team arrived on time, paid attention to the details, and left the space looking spotless. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. It's hard to find a cleaning company that's both reliable and consistent, but Double Clean delivered exactly what they promised. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for residential or commercial cleaning services in Edmonton, and I'll be using them again in the future.

I was referred to this company and within minutes of contacting them, I received a response with a time and date for a move out clean. The staff were super friendly and did a fantastic job with their attention to detail leaving the house smelling so good and as clean as I’ve ever seen the house. I’d recommend them and plan on using them again.
