JAN-PRO Edmonton

We have been very pleased with the janitorial services provided at our property in Spruce Grove. Their team is reliable, professional, and consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness throughout the building. Common areas are always well cared for, and any special requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Communication is excellent, and it is clear they take pride in their work and customer service. Their attention to detail has helped keep our property looking its best for both residents and visitors. I would highly recommend their services to any property manager or business looking for a dependable and thorough cleaning company.

Jan-Pro did an amazing job on my kitchen. The salesman Ali was very professional and direct. He explained how it would be done and there were no surprises. The cleaner Madina was absolutely stunning. She was a machine. She got rid of build up we hadnt been able to reach for a long time. Very happy with the service, I highly recommend. Good things aren't cheap and cheap things aren't good.

Zero stars! Terrible company. It’s a franchise, so there is no accountability. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking from start to finish. Staff were clearly uninterested in doing their jobs, cutting corners and acting lazy instead of providing even basic service. On top of that, the overall quality was absolutely filthy, it felt like cleanliness and standards were completely ignored. What’s even more concerning is the unethical behavior I witnessed. There was a clear lack of honesty and accountability, which made the whole experience feel untrustworthy and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to see a business operate this way. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration, and go somewhere that actually values its customers and takes pride in what they do.
