I am disappointed to share this, as I had high hopes, however I was left feeling frustrated and discouraged when hiring Miraculous Maids for our condo cleaning. My partner and I were preparing to list our condo to sell and looking for a deep clean after living here for 5 years. We hired Miraculous Maids to come the day prior to our pictures for our listing. When discussing with their customer service specialists, I specified that trims and baseboards were our priority along with a general clean of the remainder of our condo. I was told the "Deep Sparkle" would fulfill our needs. When my partner returned home after the cleaners let him know they were finished, they had removed all their supplies and were packed up in the car waiting to leave. When my partner asked about doing a walkthrough to check the work, the cleaner stated, "You can do one yourself". He did a brief walkthrough and felt uncomfortable as they already were ready to leave and had their supplies packed up. When the two of us had a deeper look at the work, it was an extremely sloppy excuse for cleaning. Many items throughout our 900 square foot condo were left untouched. Mats were left in place during cleaning so piles of dirt and pet hair remained surrounding them and underneath. The majority of our door trim and baseboards were untouched with a thick coating of dust on them. Numerous interior windows were untouched. The walls had water spots that remained. All of our stainless steel appliances were streaky. Our fridge handles had a thick coat of a sticky substance on them. All of our items on our counter were not moved and they cleaned around them. They left our garbage in our kitchen overflowing. There is much more to name, which is the cause of our frustration.To most people's standards, this would not qualify as a "deep clean". My partner and I had to spend 2 hours the evening of the "cleaning" to fix all of the problems prior to our pictures the following day. When I called to discuss my frustration with their customer service representative, they offered to send the crew back to clean, which was not helpful at the time seeing as we had already cleaned all of the areas they missed. We ended up getting a discount on the services, however I did not feel the amount made up for the disappointment of their services. Lesson learned.. read the reviews closer before booking. I would not recommend this company in the future.

The whole experience was wonderful. I had surgery and a great friend gave me a $200 gift card for Miraculous Maids. After getting a quote, I responded that I only have $200 and if we could work with that. The lady was more than happy to help and completely understood. I ended up getting my kitchen and main bathroom fully cleaned for $229. The ladies who showed up to do the cleaning were so nice! They didn’t mind my dog, who was friendly and very curious. It was overall a great experience.

It was my first time using Miraculous Maids, and as a realtor, I'm always looking for reliable move-out cleaning companies to recommend to my clients. This property ended up being much more of a challenge than anyone expected, but despite that, they honored their original quote and never tried to increase the price. While their rates may seem like a bit of a premium at first, the quality of the work absolutely justified it. They did a fantastic job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I recently hired Miraculous Maids for a move-in clean of our new home and was very disappointed with the service. When I arrived home from work the cleaners had already left despite being told the job would take six hours. I found several areas had been missed. The basement floors were not vacuumed, the kitchen counters were dirty, the fridge was only partially cleaned, and the walls and baseboards did not appear to have been “washed” as is advertised. Additionally, the kitchen cabinets still had visible drips on the outside, and neither the interior nor exterior of the bathroom cabinets had been cleaned. The hardware in the bathroom and kitchen still had smudges and the primary ensuite shower hadn’t been touched. Interestingly, when I called the company to address these concerns, my call was only answered when I tried from a different number. I was then asked to take photos of everything that was missed and then was told the SAME cleaning team would return so I could point out the problems to them directly. This was uncomfortable and frustrating. The time it took out of my day to be home for the cleaners to return and walk them from room to room made me feel like I should have just spent that time cleaning everything myself. After all of that, I was sent a bill for the full amount— when I called for a discount I was told to tell them how much I wanted off and that the company “would have to talk to the cleaning team to figure out where the money would come from”. The whole process left me with a barely clean home, out hundreds of dollars, and with a guilty feeling for what sounds like potentially having taken money out of the pockets of the cleaners. Don’t advertise such an extensive clean if you can’t deliver on the results. I will say a separate worker came to clean our carpets and he did a fantastic job, I wish the rest of our experience had been the same. Unfortunately, I will never be using this company again.

Miraculous Maids did an excellent job cleaning our 3 level house. They checked in with me when they were unsure about something and worked hard for 5 hours. They were careful and detailed. They were also friendly and cheerful. I appreciate all the work they did.
