BEWARE! All of the stellar reviews led me to believe that this company was reputable and offered a good service. I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in a group of cleaners. We hired them for a Move-Out Clean, which a list of items that were included in the service were listed out, these included all light fixtures, walls washed, appliances cleaned (including the oven) and all window ledges and tracks, in addition to the more "standard" items. They arrived at 1:30pm and left at about 5:30pm and we went to inspect once they were done, and I was thinking did they even do anything, or was this a 4 hour smoke break for them? There was a drink spill still visible on the tile, the counters weren't wiped down, the oven wasn't cleaned, the top of the fridge was poorly wiped (the front half at least), and none of the lights or windows were touched. I was appalled that a $700 service looked like this. When I brought this up to them, and requested our deposit back, because we had to hire a second company who spent another four and a half hours redoing the work these guys supposedly did, they just stopped replying. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Yes, they offered to come back, no, I did not feel comfortable having them back. I did that once with a different company and I felt truly uncomfortable in my home while they were there, and I was concerned the same thing would happen again.
Had such a great experience with Sparkle & Sheen for our move-out cleaning last Saturday! The place was left absolutely spotless. Honestly couldn't have asked for more. A huge shoutout to Adrian, Angie, and Samantha for their incredible work. They were professional, thorough, and paid attention to every little detail. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Kudos to Serena for making this happen on such short notice. She really understood our situation and went above and beyond to get us scheduled, even though it was a weekend and a holiday for them. We got our move out cleaning done by Sparkle & Sheen and while the cleaning itself was done great we also had booked a carpet cleaning service that was cancelled day of which put us in a tough spot as the new house buyers were moving in the next day. The communication during the original house cleaning was very good however the carpet cleaning machine breaking and not having another appointment available for about a week was quite frustrating. Getting a hold of the company is very easy and they have great customer service.
We have had Sparkle and Sheen helping us out for the past year with monthly cleaning and it was made such a difference. Its the best feeling coming home after they've come. Samantha, Alyssa, and Grace have been awesome. They are flexible with scheduling, friendly, respectful and reliable.
