Seafood City Supermarket

Nice ethnic supermarket with an emphasis on Pilipino food items. I liked their vegetable section and the quality looked pretty good on the day we visited. The seafood and meat sections appear to be pretty good also. The store is nicely laid out and I found it easy to browse the various aisles. They also have a nice sit down hot food area with interesting Pilipino grilled and deep fried food items. We tried a number of food items and they were pretty good. Some of the deep fried items may not be the healthiest but they were tasty. Will definitely come back.

I had a great experience at the BBQ and Halo-Halo counter in Seafood City Edmonton! The BBQ was flavorful, juicy, and freshly grilled, while the halo-halo was refreshing and packed with delicious toppings. Everything tasted authentic and reminded me of home. The staff were friendly, and the service was fast even though it was busy. Definitely one of my favorite places to enjoy Filipino food. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!

Seafood City Supermarket had a big food court. We where eating there as an extended big family. The food was unfortunately not very good (at least for me). They did not serve beer (Redhorse is obligatory when eating this kind of food). The chicken was very dry. The same for the other meat.

I went to Seafood City today and had an incredible experience. Reymundo was at the grill making some seriously delicious food. I asked him to grill mine a little longer, and he happily accommodated my request. My whole family loved the meal - it was licking-your-fingers good! Reymundo was not only a great cook but also very pleasant and accommodating. I will always recommend this place to everyone. They will custom-grill everything to your liking. Great cook, great place to eat!

We live far away from the city, so whenever we crave food and our own delicacies, we make a trip to Seafood City to buy things we miss. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I couldn’t report it to them since we’re already on the highway going home. We end up buying a spoiled food even though the “best before” date was still 4 days away. Food quality and health safety should really be prioritized and improved. I almost fed it to my kid. Another issue is the inconsistent pricing. Many products don’t have price tags unless they’re Panama-branded items. I thought the chorizo was $13 based on the displayed tag, but at the cashier (Thanks for that cashier) I was informed it was actually $19.99. When I tell him the incorrect pricing, I was immediately told that the tag “wasn’t updated. Probably its not their first time having those issues Many inconsistent within this place.
