I saw Jade for a cut and color. She turned my roots red and said she'd fix it for free at anytime if it bothered me as I noticed right away. It took a while of coordination to get me back in, but I was willing to give her another chance because she was very sweet. Today I went in and only had my roots touched up - my skin is dyed around my face and I was charged $80. I was on the verge of tears so I didn't say anything, but the more I look at it now that I'm home this is honestly not acceptable. I will never go back.

Went in for a cut because I wanted to go shorter for the fall. Usually, I just trim my ends/bangs myself and had cut some length off before deciding I'd rather get a professional to do the shorter cut. I was okay with going shoulder length to even out what I had already trimmed, along with some layers but the layers that were added are uneven and extremely choppy, not blended, which I didn't notice until I got home because I was given a very quick glance of the back in a small mirror at the end of the service. She seemed to be in a rush the entire time and told me what she was doing instead of asking. If she had asked, I'd have asked her not to add choppy layers to the back because that's not what I wanted! All I wanted was the back evened out and then some blending done. Each side is also two different lengths and the front has longer layers while the back has shorter and uneven ones. Nothing in my hair is symmetrical anymore :(

Please avoid this place if you are wanting a haircut for a child. Jim has no patience whatsoever with children, he grabbed my toddler by the neck, just to get him to stay up (mama bear that’s protective), I still let it go because I’m understanding my child is not cooperating. At the end of it all he purposely cut him with the razor all because he was frustrated with him, to top it all of he was blaming my child. You be rhe judge! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Narcissistic person who has no patience. No care at all.

Third time coming here for haircuts with my daughter and we are always happy with the results. SIM is friendly, patient, and really does a great job. We’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommend!🤗❤️
