I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews and I have contemplated leaving this review since I got my extensions from Miriam. I have decided I think it’s important. Other women know the experience that I had. I met Miriam many years ago when I got my first set of extensions they were great several years later I went back to Miriam, and unfortunately did not have the same experience. She did a full head of tape ends. I followed her instructions prior to installation However, the next day, the tape ins started falling out. I contacted Miriam. She then blamed my maintenance on why they were falling out, even though they were just put in the day before I had not done anything to them, and she did not warranty her work, which brings us to now I decided to give Miriam another chance and went back to see her years later I stated I did not want tape ends because they always break my hair and once they started falling out most of my hair was tape ins made to look like a weft lined up in a row. I paid $1000 to have new extensions not deceived about buying tape ins extensions. the next day the extensions started falling out again by day four I lost almost all the tape ins I Contacted Miriam once again and her offer of resolution was to charge me another $250 and have the extensions lifted. Why would I pay another $250 when I just had the extensions installed not even a week before obviously I declined and stated I should not have to pay. She then told me to send her a picture of my brush and proceeded to blame improper maintenance again I knew she was not going to accept responsibility once again and I was out $1000 AGAIN and I was embarrassed to even go out in public having half a head left in my hair it looked ridiculous and like a mullet I had to have what was left removed at a cost of coarse and paid another thousand dollars to another technician to have my extensions put back in. Miriam claims her extensions are top quality however over the 10 years I’ve had extensions in my hair and played with several different brands. I can honestly say there’s no quality to her extensions they shed they break. I’ve had them in my hair for 3 weeks and I’ve already lost almost 6 inches off the bottom from shedding and breakage. Therefore, the quality is not good. I use professional products on my extensions and take very good care of them. I am also a retired hairdresser by trade. I cannot sit here and watch someone else spend the kind of money I spent only to have the lack of service and care that Mariam promises her clients she has never accepted responsibility after installation. I do not recommend hot hair extensions to anyone and I’m sorry that I had to write this review but the truth is the truth. It seems she takes the easiest cheapest route and charges maximum pricing.

Myrium did my hair extensions today and they turned out amazing! I had the invisible tape in applied and they are so light and blend amazing! Booking was easy, Myrium was so lovely and so is her space! I definitely recommend her and her extensions!
