I have been going to John, the owner, for a year now, and the transformation in the health of my hair has been incredible. John truly excels at his craft; he customizes my style and color so that it always feels fresh and on-trend, while ensuring it is still flattering and suited to my lifestyle. Beyond his styling expertise, he is exceptionally knowledgeable about skincare and the Dermalogica line, which is such a bonus. It is clear that John sets a very high standard for his entire team, and they consistently deliver excellent service and results. I highly recommend The Cutting Room.

As someone who takes great pride in how I present myself—perhaps even a little too much at times—finding a stylist who could truly bring my vision for my hair to life was quite a challenge. After nearly a year of trial and error (and more than a few less-than-ideal results), I finally met John, and everything changed. I love coming here, it's a very relaxed atmosphere - every staff member is friendly, and you can tell they enjoy working here. I get a tea on arrival, and it's refreshed during my service, whether it's a shampoo and cut, or a more extensive color service. I always look forward to each appointment. Thanks!

Here is the low down of the cutting room! It’s super chic and clean and the staff are amazing! I felt like family as the stylists and their guests were interacting with each other. I was feeling really blah lately with my colour and I had chatted with Carley about making a change! She was so thorough with the consultation. Not only did she give me such great ideas but allowed me to have a look and pick something that was calling to me. I asked her a lot of questions and boy did she give such thoughtful answers! I was making a big change and she made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way!!!
