I had a great experience at 1st AB Med Supplies, Rosslyn location. Bushra was very helpful, kind, and understanding. They didn’t have the item I needed in stock that day, but she made sure it was ready for me the very next morning. The customer service was excellent, and they have a wide selection of medical supplies. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for friendly, reliable service!

I had an appointment in Edmonton and looked for a med shop on a whim. I wanted to inquire about loose handle grips on my walker. As well as a brake issue and maybe a cup holder. This store was on my way and what a good choice. I expected to ask a few questions, get some info for another day. I was greeted at the door with immediate concern to fix my problems today. Let me call my guy, he’s 17 minutes away, can you wait? Holy, ofc I can wait. His tech beat the clock and immediately took my wheels for service. Lovely chat with the manager, Moe? from the invoice. Fitted me for a back brace while we waited. They didn’t have a cup holder in stock as the location is brand new. I’m sure they have the good ones. Answered all my intrusive questions about his business saying they have nothing to hide. A refreshing attitude from a retailer. I’m not surprised they’re successful, Moe had genuine concern for my safety and a heartwarming story of his beginnings in the business. Highly recommended, much more help than I expected. If you can imagine, he discounted the already cheap $60/hour for service as his guy is fast and it didn’t take an hour. Golden service, nice to find. Look no further, this is the one. Moe if you read this maybe you could mail me a cup holder? Mssg me?

I came across 1st AB med supplies booth during a health conference and is impressive with their friendliness and thorough knowledge re medical supplies. And then I went and visiting its store located on 150 street and 116 ave Edmonton. I was fully satisfied with my visit . I was greeted by Noor, she is absolutely pleasant and approachable . I have the opportunity to browse around the store and notice there are a lot of medical supplies and equipment to choose from . Include compression fittings, incontinence products and ostomy support , mobility and many other medical equipment , with AADL assessment available etc . I feel comfortable to browse around and any of my medical supply related questions are clearly and patiently explained to me . I shop for compression stockings and I find the price is very reasonable and competitive with excellent service . I highly recommend this place for medical related supplies needs. And I will definitely visit and shop here again .
