Great customer service. Rented some equipment for my mom post -op. There was a mistake with the first product but they were quick to replace and very understanding when I returned the machine without the charger. Would recommend to anyone looking for a medical supplier.

Last visit was for waterproof bandages - staff asked me questions about wound and care needed - sold me the quality and size I needed - no upselling. Highly recommend
