Al Care Dental

First of all, I must admit that I dislike dentists so much that I stopped going to the dentist unless I absolutely have to. That is, until I met Dr. Ng at Al Care Dental, the office is clean, the staff are very understanding, accommodating and friendly. I've had many different dentists before, and it can be difficult to choose a good dentist who actually cares about their patients before profit in their pocket. I've gone though dental procedures done by Dr. Ng that would normally be referred to a specialist, which increases your cost significantly. Al Care Dental is very fair when it comes to their pricing as well, I've recently got two(2) implants done by Dr. Ng( Hioseen- which is highly rated around the world), the process was farily straight forward and painless, not to mention the price was reasonable too! If you are looking for a skilled and honest dentist around town, look no further.

This is the best dental clinic in town. The staff always greets you with a smile and the environment is so friendly that makes you relax and enjoy the visit every single time. Dr Ng is very patient and passionate about his job and always makes sure you are completely satisfied with the treatments before you walk out of the door. I have been a patient with Dr Ng for 25 years and he have been great, professionally and friendly. I would not trust any other Dentist. All his staff is very professional, overall a great team. I especially love the humor of their receptionist and the gentleness of his assistants. They are all so beautiful 😍

Dr. Alan and his dental team are wonderful. He treats his patients like family, taking the time to carefully explain each condition and treatment option so you feel fully informed and comfortable. His great sense of humor makes the visit relaxed and enjoyable—the clinic is often filled with laughter. All of the staff are warm and friendly, especially Eva at the reception, who is always welcoming and helpful. Truly a caring and professional place for dental care!

Dr. Alan and his staff are exceptional, professional, friendly and the best dental clinic in Leduc. I went there and was informed I had a very critical infection with bone loss to some teeth which was life threatening. I knew it was serious but was unaware of the reality of my situation. Upon viewing the xrays and being properly informed with kindness and understanding the severity of my situation, I put my care into their skilled hands. I was treated that very day as they had an opening to provide the cleaning and removal of 2 teeth. There was very little pain and the tooth removal took only 4 minutes or so. I thought he was pausing to change the tools he needed but he was done the procedure!! I was shocked to say the least. The following morning I woke up and the side I had the teeth pulled is not swollen at all!! In fact the swollen side may have issues we will solve during my next appointment.
