We had an excellent experience at City Orthodontics & Pediatric dental clinic. Dr. Ammar and his assistant Janet took wonderful care of my daughters, Eman and Sawsan. They performed stainless steel crowns and other dental treatments with great professionalism and care. Most importantly, my daughters were comfortable throughout the procedures and did not experience any pain. We were also very impressed by the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who made the entire process smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic to any parents looking for high-quality pediatric dental care. A big thank you to Dr. Ammar, Janet, and the entire team for their outstanding work and kindness.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I called ahead to ask about fixing my retainer (the glue came off), and I was clearly told it would be free of charge. Based on that, I booked an appointment. At the clinic, they fixed the issue and also mentioned they would fix another part of the wire. That was fine but at no point did anyone tell me there would be a cost for that. If they had simply said, “this part will cost $150, do you want us to proceed?” I could have decided. What if I didn’t have the funds on me? Instead, everything was done first, and only at the end I was told I had to pay $150. At this point, I honestly feel like I could have just spent that $150 on a flight back to Montreal, seen my own dentist who does this for me for free, and visited my family at the same time. What’s frustrating is that I actually had a good impression at first everyone was nice, and I was even speaking with the doctor about booking a teeth cleaning and making this my regular clinic after moving to Edmonton. But after this experience, I’ve completely changed my mind.

**I am very disappointed with the way we were treated by the front desk staff member today. We were given one appointment time over the phone, which was different from the time shown online. We arrived on time based on the information provided, yet she refused to assist us, even though the issue would have taken less than five minutes to resolve. Her attitude was mean, unprofessional, and lacking basic courtesy. This experience was very frustrating, especially considering that when it came time to discuss a payment plan for my daughter’s braces, staff had no problem taking as much time as needed and were very accommodating. I expect consistency, professionalism, and respectful treatment regardless of the situation.**

They were incredibly patient, explained every step of the process, and made her feel confident throughout her treatment. We’re so pleased with the results!
