My son got his braces removed today finally and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Oasis has been amazing. From their professionalism and friendly customer service, You feel like family the minute you walk in. I definitely recommend!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Oasis Orthodontics from the moment I walked in! The front desk team welcomed me warmly, and Chichi gave me a tour of the clinic with absolutely fantastic energy. The entire clinical team was amazing; Emily, the treatment coordinator, was really sweet as she went through my plan, and Dua was incredibly kind and gentle while taking my X-rays. Dr. Knoefel himself was so kind and sweet, taking the time to go over exactly what treatment would work best for me. Zena, the financial coordinator, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing me with a customized plan that fit my needs perfectly. Dr. Knoefel and his entire team are truly wonderful, professional, and caring, and I highly recommend Oasis Orthodontics to anyone looking for lovely experience!

My husband and I love this clinic. It was our first time takeing our two girls. The staff was all so lovely and very welcoming. Dr Knoefel according to my husband(he went in I stayed back to care for our baby) was very knowledgeable he took his time to examine the girls teethand discussed what they would eventually need. It was about the health and wellbeing of the girls teeth and not about rushing care when not needed. For anyone looking for a great Orthodontic I would highly recommend Dr Knoefel and his lovly staff.

The team is always polite and amazing! So very understanding and supportive when it comes to busy family life and the curve ball it throw at you. Thank you Oasis for making my girls feel so welcomed when they come into the clinic! My kids always walk out feeling more confident about their smile!

Went for a consultation a couple weeks ago everything seemed fine. I waited a week to make a decision but had a couple questions about the procedure was told they would be in touch on may 19th I got no response back I sent a text with my questions still no response. I wanted this to be the place it was very clean and the receptionist was very nice. Unfortunately communication is there downfall in my mind. (Update) After talking with khurram today and receiving an apology for the lack of communication I feel comfortable updating my review he made things right and was very professional, Made me feel like I mattered to them and that my teeth was there top priority, I’m hopeful that this will continue throughout my treatment.
