The whole office is so welcoming to my wife and two kids and extremely accommodating. Recently we went on a family vacation and one of my kids forgot their Invisalign, which led to their teeth shifting. They were able to find us an appointment and get everything straightened out. They were so kind to my children, even when they didn’t wear them enough, they just encouraged them without making them feel bad. Although the process is very different, the team is kind, clear and the office runs very efficiently.
