We had a wonderful experience at Simply Orthodontist. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, and the entire staff is incredibly kind and professional. Chrissy and Dr. Duncan took the time to explain everything in detail and were extremely patient and reassuring throughout the visit. They made sure we understood every step, which we truly appreciated. A special shout-out to Sara, who went above and beyond to make the visit less stressful for my daughter. Her calm, caring approach made a huge difference. Overall, a very professional team and a great experience. Highly recommend Simply Orthodontist!

I was in treatment with them for about a year and a half! Absolutely love everything about them. The receptionists are always so welcoming and sweet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As many times as I had to come in over the course of my treatment, I have never had a bad experience. And of course, I am so much more confident with smiling than I ever been. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for Invisalign or braces!

Took me too long to write this review after finish my journey with Simply, had to get used to the new found fame! Finally got my braces off and I have already been accused twice for having veneers and once for having an AI smile. The journey and the results have been SIMPLY amazing! The staff at Simply are the pinnacle of customer service, you leave feeling like family. Ever courteous, ever kind, professional and helpful. Shout out to the rockstars Jodi and Heather, forever my heart. Dr Duncan and Dr Burke are masters of their craft, listening to them speak and teach about the treatment gives you such ease to just trust the process. I have been with Simply Ortho for 2 years now, and never, have I regretted it. The team is phenomenal. I am consistently met with a smile at the front desk. All the receptionists are kind hearted and very understanding. The orthodontists are lovely, gentle, and make great conversation. Everyone is highly educated and knowledgeable, and the environment is highly put together and clean. Always. I am very grateful for my experience, and I finally feel beautiful when I smile.
